The William Bull Brewery is a craft brewery with an open range soul. It was opened in 2005, by the De Bortoli family, to create best of breed, craft beers.  Beers that would reward a knowing palate and appeal to traditional beer drinkers.

The beer out here is big, with bold, unashamed flavours. It’s crisp on the nose, clean on the palate, smooth on the tongue and long on the quench.

The first Bull beer – Red Angus – is the sort of drop you’d expect from the hot, summer baked plains of New South Wales. A premium beer for those who want to take life by the horns
